  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  4. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • Add shredded cheese, sour cream, or avocado as toppings.
