  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic rosemary butter.
  9. Cook for an additional minute, then serve hot.
