2 large flour tortillas
1 cup brie cheese, sliced
1 medium apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer half of the brie cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Add sliced apples and chopped figs on top of the cheese.
Drizzle honey over the fruit.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to substitute other cheeses if brie is not available.
For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
