  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix in feta, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Layer phyllo sheets in a baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
  6. Spread the spinach filling evenly over the phyllo.
  7. Top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
