  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
