  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked cauliflower and crumbled bacon to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
