Bacon cheddar breakfast sliders

Delicious bacon cheddar breakfast sliders that are perfect for a morning treat or brunch gathering.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
