  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
