Baked Dijon Salmon

A simple yet flavorful baked salmon dish with a tangy Dijon mustard glaze.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the mustard glaze evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
  • Replace honey with maple syrup for a different sweetness.
