Baked Parmesan Salmon

A simple and delicious baked salmon dish with a crispy parmesan crust.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
  4. Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  5. Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
