1/2 cup honey
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Wash and halve the pears, removing the core.
In a baking dish, place the pear halves cut side up.
Drizzle honey over the pears.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts and cinnamon on top.
Add small pieces of butter on each pear half.
Pour water into the baking dish to help steam the pears.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender.
