Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers and snow peas, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

  • For a spicier version, add sliced chili peppers.
