A hearty and flavorful beef chili that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth to the pot.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
