Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat cream in a small saucepan until it simmers.
  3. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir until smooth, then add bourbon and butter.
  5. Refrigerate mixture for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, then dust with cocoa powder.
