A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish featuring broccoli, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pasta water.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add them to the skillet with garlic.
  5. Toss in the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
