  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Spread the steamed broccoli evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
