  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
