1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup buffalo sauce
12 bao buns
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the cauliflower florets in buffalo sauce until well coated.
