  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the melted butter and stir until combined.
  6. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes
