  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
