12 fresh jalapeƱos
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the jalapeƱos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
If using, fold in the cooked bacon bits.
Stuff each jalapeƱo half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed jalapeƱos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
