Cheesy Ramen Noodles

A simple and quick dish combining the rich flavors of cheese with instant ramen noodles for a comforting meal.

  • 1 packet instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small pot.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  3. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tbsp in the pot.
  4. Stir in the butter, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Add the shredded cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  6. Garnish with green onions if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
