Cheesy Stuffed Mini Peppers

A simple and tasty appetizer featuring mini peppers stuffed with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
