  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the box and spread it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
