Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Crispy tortillas filled with chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ranch dressing on one tortilla.
  3. Layer chicken, bacon, and cheese on top.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet.
  6. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Add jalapeños for extra heat.
  • Serve with sour cream or salsa.
