  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., basil, cherry tomatoes, olives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a thin, even circle.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until the edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven, spread tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add toppings.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
