4 large bell peppers
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each bell pepper with the cottage cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
