Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap

A healthy and delicious wrap filled with avocado, chicken, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, shredded chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the avocado-chicken mixture evenly.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
