  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
