Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, cranberries, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, stir in Greek yogurt if desired.
  5. Top with extra cranberries or nuts for added texture.
