  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  8. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
