A delicious and easy recipe for crispy air fryer shrimp served with a flavorful garlic dip.

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the garlic dip.
  7. Serve the crispy shrimp with the garlic dip on the side.
