  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes).
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
