1 pound ground beef
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup uncooked pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, uncooked pasta, beef broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well combined.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
