A simple and delicious dump and bake casserole that requires minimal effort and time, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, uncooked pasta, beef broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • You can add any vegetables you have on hand.
  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
