  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
