Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add cranberries, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for another 2 minutes.
