  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and Greek yogurt to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Season with oregano and black pepper.
  4. Pulse a few more times to combine.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust thickness by adding more yogurt or olive oil.
