  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
