  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring
  • Black decorating gel
  • White frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
  8. Add green food coloring to white frosting and spread it over the cooled brownies.
  9. Use black decorating gel to draw Frankenstein’s face on each brownie.
  10. Let the frosting set before serving.
