  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until caramelized.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
