  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
  3. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour beef broth into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella, Swiss, and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  8. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread over the cheese.
