1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place halved baby potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil.
