  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon and a little brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine gluten-free oats, almond flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Layer the apple mixture in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
