  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, applesauce, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
