Gluten free chocolate tahini brownies

Deliciously rich and fudgy gluten-free brownies made with tahini for a unique twist.

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tahini and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For a sweeter brownie, add more brown sugar.
  • Can be topped with chocolate chips or nuts for added texture.
