Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  5. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
  7. Fill with your favorite sweet or savory fillings and serve warm.
