Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
