  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the food processor and blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
