Gluten-Free Lasagna

A delicious and hearty gluten-free lasagna that everyone will love, made with layers of gluten-free pasta, rich meat sauce, and creamy cheese.

  • 9 sheets of gluten-free lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  3. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 3 sheets of gluten-free lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and topping with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
