Delicious gluten-free tiramisu cups that offer a guilt-free indulgence without compromising on flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each gluten-free ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds.
  5. Layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Ensure that all ingredients are certified gluten-free.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
